The large variations how data can be presented enables the user to create entirely unique and individual trading systems. Our development times from idea to market are rather long. We never rush when acting on an idea. Multiple reviews and improvement cycles with attention to detail is our focus. It is the only approach how we can ensure to develop products that are worthy of our target customers.

  • Every product is only available on subscription basis. There is no lifetime pricing scheme.
  • Pricing strategy matches target audience.
  • For the sake of transparency: We are commonly looking for a return on project costs after 2-3 years (it’s a fast-evolving market environment).
  • We are not passing on development time on ideas/products that eventually never make it to launch – the risk is on us, and it happens.
  • In our justification for the pricing versus development cost we always consider if our products are potential game changers for the adept trader to generate increased P&L.

    4. OrderFlowViz.com clearly distances itself from the lowball pricing seekers and will never offer any discounts! The prices of our products will never go down throughout product lifecycle.
      • Customers never have to fear that if they purchase now that at a future point the price for the same product drops or is being discounted.
      • An exception are currency changes against CHF (Swiss franc), on which our prices are based. The exchange rates or out of our control.
    5. Should demand for a product be very high, OrderFlowViz.com will increase prices on that product.

Running subscriptions and existing customers who renew subscriptions without interruption (back to back renewals) will always be on their initial pricing. This means customers will not face negative surprises on subscription renewal through price increases.

    6. OrderFlowViz.com occasionally issues revisions or upgrades for its products. This will not impact the pricing and the new product versions are available to the entire customer base (not only new customers) latest by the renewal date of a subscription.
    7. Available bonus materials that a customer receives through any purchase is completely disconnected from the pricing strategy of a specific product. Bonus materials can change in contents and can change for less or more throughout a product lifecycle.
    8. Discontinuation of products will be governed by financial feasibility.
      • Too high of a churn rate of a product can lead to discontinuation of updates and revisions to be issued.
      • External factors such as platform support/compatibility issues might lead to discontinuation of a product.
        • OrderFlowViz.com always strives to keep any product compatible with the latest update of a trading platform.
    9. The circumstance that a product reaches end of lifetime will not lead to any kind of price reduction.
    10. The OrderFlowViz.com account receivable will be settled in Swiss francs. Therefore, pricing will always be based on CHF (Swiss franc). You might also see the pricing in USD or your local currency throughout the website, which is always derived from the CHF. Conversion rates are governed through the payment service – we cannot influence.
